Privacy policy
Plain English, like everything else we do. Last updated 8 October 2026.
Who we are
London PPC Agency (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at 88 Stafford Rd, Wallington SM6 9AY, United Kingdom, by phone on +44 20 8686 4577 or by email at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, website, services of interest, approximate budget and message.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running properly.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a free audit or proposal (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We’ll also send you a single email confirming we’ve received it.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you, including in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Telagus (legitimate interests).
- To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your data, and we won’t add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies during normal browsing, and we don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If you submit one of our forms with JavaScript switched off and something needs correcting, a strictly necessary session cookie is used briefly to show you the error. The optional map on our contact page is only loaded from Google if you choose to view it, at which point Google’s own privacy policy applies.
If you reach this website from one of our adverts or another tracked link, the campaign tags in its web address (such as utm_source or gclid) are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and sent with any enquiry you make, so we know which campaign brought you to us (legitimate interests). Nothing is kept if you arrive without them, and they are not used to follow you across other websites.
Our enquiry forms are protected from spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only once you start using a form. It collects information about your device and how you use the page (such as your IP address and browser details, and it may set cookies) and sends it to Google, which uses it to tell people from automated spam (legitimate interests). Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with trusted providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and customer relationship management (CRM) providers), under contracts that require them to protect your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
